Donation of food distribution vehicles to AKSHAYPATRA FOUNDATION of ISKCON

Ace Urban Infocity Limited* has donated three food distribution vehicles to AKSHAYPATRA FOUNDATION of ISCKON, which is one of the largest NGO in the world. Through “AKSHAYAPATRA” nearly 750000 needy students are served food daily across India. These three vehicles will support the NGO to distribute meals to 12000 students in Telangana state of India.

With this new initiative, fully sponsored and managed by HITEX, we aim to provide fast, friendly and efficient ambulance services for emergency need transportation of patients.

Mr. Anil Chalamalasetty had an extended entrepreneurial career during which he was involved in evolving start-up businesses in Information Technology, Infrastructure and Environmental sectors in the United Kingdom and India. Mr. Chalamalasetty is a graduate in Computer Science and holds a Masters from North West University. Mr. Chalamalasetty is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, transition and project management with a successful track record of managing operations involving large remote teams. . He strongly believes in creating infrastructure that has a lasting social impact while contributing to the growing demands of India as a nation. He made his mark in the Indian Energy Sector by co-founding Greenko Group, a focused clean energy company along with Mahesh Kolli in 2006. Greenko is India’s largest cleaenergy companies He is responsible for effectively implementing the strategic business road map of the company positioning it as one India’s top energy firm.

Mr. Mahesh Kolli

Mahesh started his career in the energy sector and went on to build his entrepreneurial interests in Information Technology and Environmental space. His entrepreneur journey started with an environmental solutions company focused on technology transfer from developed markets to India. He co-founded Greenko Group along with Mr Anil Chalamalasetty in 2006. Within Greenko, he is responsible for driving the vision, business development and new project initiatives of the Group. Mahesh is a regular speaker at Carbon Market & Clean Energy conferences around the world and is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka, India.

Abdul Majeed Kadambot

Abdul Majeed is a Civil Engineer from IIT Madras with 38+ years of total experience in a wide spectrum comprising Business Development, Property Development, Project Management of Urban Infrastructure projects, Engineering and Construction for Townships, Urban Infrastructure, Power and Process Plants in India and Indonesia.

In Ace Urban he is heading the Planning and Engineering function for various asset classes bringing his wide spectrum of experience in Engineering, Construction and Project Management.

Prior to joining Ace Urban he held Business Development and Tendering function in IL&FS Engineering & Construction Company Ltd, for developing business in sectors such as Buildings & Structures, Roads & Highways, Irrigation & Water, Railways & Metros, Ports, etc.,

He led the Property Development function for IJM (India) Properties, Genesee Realty Advisors (for an FDI fund) and Maytas Infra Ltd for various large and integrated township projects covering the entire spectrum of the business.

He has competence in executing end to end property development functions covering deal sourcing & land acquisitions, market surveys & feasibility studies, product mix planning, architectural & engineering management, local authority approvals, marketing strategy & sales, financial planning & budgeting, quality assurance and project management for delivering diverse types of urban infrastructure.

He has worked in leading companies – TATA Projects, PT Freeport Indonesia, ITC Ltd (Hotels Division) and NTPC Ltd.

Sharad Jhingan

A business professional with more than 25 years experience, Sharad has worked as CEO/CFO of large business houses like Claridges Hotels, LANCO Infratech, Bhaskar Infrastructure, Vatika Group and Chaudhary Group of Nepal.

Experienced in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, and FMCG; Sharad has successfully completed major assignments in raising debt and equity across private equity, domestic and international debt, M & A deals of large operating power plants. He is a Management Accountant, Company Secretary, M.A. (Management) from Lancaster University and IMPM from INSEAD (Fontainebleau).

Ms. Swati Chalamalasetty

Kuna Shankar, a Civil Engineering Graduate and has PG Diploma in Construction Management from NICMAR. He has done Executive Management Program from IIM, Kolkata and ISB, Hyderabad.

He has over 27 years (26 years in Larsen & Toubro Limited) of experience in Urban Infrastructure, General Management and Construction Equipment. At present, he is Chief Operating Officer of Ace Urban Infocity Limited (Formerly known as L&T Infocity Limited). Ace Urban Infocity Limited has laid foundation for development of IT in Hyderabad by constructing Iconic “Cyber Tower” and HITEC City at Madhapur, Hyderabad.

KV Nagendra Prasad , Mechanical Engineer and a post graduate in Marketing Management from HIM Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, is a ‘Certified in Exhibition Management’ (CEM) from IAEE, USA and is also only certified faculty from India of IAEE to teach CEM globally.

Nagendra Prasad has an experience spanning 20 years in sales, marketing, business development and commercial operations in real estate, telecom, retail and trade fairs sectors, with Larsen & Toubro Limited, Reliance Infocomm Limited and Tata Sky Limited. At Larsen & Toubro Limited he was responsible for planning, development and marketing of over 3mn sq.ft. of retail space (shopping malls) in Chennai, Chandigarh and Hyderabad.

He has been associated with the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) industry since year 2002 and has played a lead role in organising several regional, national and international events. Prasad is currently serving as the President of the prestigious Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA) for the second consecutive term and also active in many national and international industry forums and promotes the development of MICE industry in India.
